2. We unconditionally guarantee the quality and workmanship of our lenses for twelve months from the date of your original purchase.
3. Should your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist change your prescription within three months of issue, we will provide lenses free of charge.
4. We will happily provide free adjustment, cleaning and servicing of your spectacles as often as you wish.
5. We guarantee to have your eyewear ready for collection on the day and time specified.  If there are any delays and we do not advise you of them, we will deliver your eyewear to your home or office free of charge.
